TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Avlon’s technical expertise in our industry and product line is one of our edge as our team is composed of local and international engineers as well as experienced project management professional that are working for us.

  • Technical Training -Avlon will provide basic technical training for your staff and an extensive training for your process or applications engineers.
  • Technical Visit-Our Engineers can come along with our suppliers to conduct site visit, technical evaluation and even technical discussion.

MARKETING SUPPORT

in order for our affiliate to achieve the maximum market reach potential, Avlon will be extending support to the following marketing initiatives -

  • Basic Sales Training-Avlon will provide basic sales training to Affiliate’s sales executive. This is a one-day full training in a classroom set up.
  • Marketing Collateral-Such as brochures, flyers and catalogs are available. Avlon can send the soft copy to the affiliate. Affiliate must have localized it and includes their company logo.
  • Tradeshows and Exhibits-Avlon encourages affiliates to join industry exhibitions to widen our market visibility.
  • Other Marketing Initiative/Sponsorship-Avlon will be in support for any of this, as long as it is being cascaded and discussed 30 days before the actual event. Also, this is upon evaluation and approval of the principal.

What is Avlon sales process for Affiliate?

Supplier Engagement
  • Sales Process - Avlon encourages distributors to create their own internal process to strategically plan to penetrate the market. The affiliate will run its own sales or marketing team. Avlon will not interfere directly or indirectly to the Affiliate clients and its sales process.
  • Technical Discussion - as support to the affiliate, the principal will be the one who will conduct the technical discussion. Avlon’s Operations team consists of skilled and technical engineers who have knowledge and expertise in our product line.
  • Detailed Proposal - Avlon will be providing detailed proposal address to the Affiliate. This proposal includes price breakdown, timeline, discounts, payment terms, engineering drawings, calculations and measurements
  • Representation - During technical discussion, Avlon’s engineer may/can represent the Affiliate directly.
