Installing directly on soil can be risky, as uneven ground may affect piping alignment and system performance, especially during heavy rain. If you prefer an underground setup, we can either act as your civil works contractor or you may engage your own contractor—whichever option is more cost-effective.

Our modular systems are designed for compact installations. The exact footprint depends on the system’s capacity, and we already provide detailed space requirements during the proposal phase. Once you receive our detailed proposal, you’ll know the exact footprint needed for the equipment. Our team usually provides multiple layout options, especially for wastewater treatment systems, to best suit your site.

Yes. Our systems are fully automatic and require minimal manual operation. Once installed and commissioned, they operate continuously with easy monitoring, reducing labor requirements and ensuring consistent treatment performance.

Yes. Avlon’s modular systems are designed with a train-type configuration, which allows additional tanks to be added as your wastewater volume increases. This setup makes it simple to expand the system in the future without a full redesign, giving you flexibility as your site develops.

Installation is quick and efficient thanks to our modular design. Once the site is prepared with a proper concrete platform, most systems can be installed, connected, and commissioned within 5 days to 1 week. Our team coordinates closely with your staff to ensure minimal disruption to your operations.

Yes. Avlon manages all necessary permits for your system. For wastewater treatment equipment, we handle DENR and LLDA permits, and for boilers, we take care of the DOLE Permit to Operate (PTO). We ensure full compliance with local regulations so your system can operate legally and safely.

Yes. We can provide O&M, which includes system operation, supply of chemicals, and testing kits. Our team ensures your system runs efficiently, with routine inspections and troubleshooting support included.

Yes. We maintain a warehouse in Tanay, Rizal, stocked with spare parts for all our equipment. If you only need spare parts for your existing system, we can also provide readily available components to meet your specific needs.

Avlon provides a one-year warranty for our equipment. During the warranty period, we conduct quarterly preventive maintenance visits to check the system, inspect key components, and ensure that the equipment continues to operate smoothly and efficiently.
